ISAAC

I have a strong interest in conservation and enjoy the research-led side of the work, particularly contributing to heritage statements and developing a clear understanding of a building’s significance.

I’m drawn to projects where careful analysis and thoughtful design decisions help historic buildings evolve while retaining their character.

I first joined James Mackintosh Architects in 2022 after completing my Part 1 studies in Architecture at the University of Nottingham. I returned to the practice during the summer while part way through my Part 2 studies, and rejoined the team full time in July 2025 after graduating with an MArch from the University of Nottingham.

I support projects through research, design development, and clear documentation, bringing care and enthusiasm to working with historic buildings.

I’ve recently begun my Part 3 studies and am now on the path to becoming a fully qualified architect, continuing to build my experience within a conservation-focused practice.
