Shelter is a UK housing and homelessness charity that works to ensure everyone has a safe, secure, and affordable place to live.
They support people facing homelessness or poor housing through free expert advice, legal support, and practical help, while also campaigning to tackle the root causes of the housing crisis. Shelter works nationally to influence housing policy, challenge unsafe and unsuitable living conditions, and hold decision-makers to account, with the aim of creating lasting change so that fewer people are pushed into homelessness in the first place.
